    For anyone following this thread, Flying Fish is registered for Figawi and we are very excited to join the race this year. I hope other multis will register - I believe we are currently the only MH registered out of the approx. 55 boats so far.

    I spoke with the organizers last year about this. They said as long as there were at least 3 boats who entered they would be able to have a multi class.

    Hi Tom, I don't know if you received any responses to your post.  I checked the Figawi website and it doesn't appear to be updated for 2024 yet (except to set the date), but I don't recall that it ever permitted a multihull start.  I hope you can get that changed!  Congratulations on your new boat-- you should post again in the New Year when the Figawi folks have updated registration.  And we hope you'll join us at other multihull events.

    Are any members interested in riding the Figawi. Only 3 boats are needed to get a multihull class. I plan on racing our new HH 44 and hopefully we can get at least two more boats interested. The grace is on Memorial Day weekend. I live within walking distance from the HYC, where. we are members, and I am willing to help out anyone that is visiting and wants to do the race. There are 3 other cats in our club and I will work on them to see if they will race. Looking forward to racing our new boat. It is getting here a year late. We are transitioning from racing our X Yachts X4.9.
